Dispensaries in Toronto are opening up and getting shut down right as the Canadian government is cracking down before the Canadian legal change in the spring of 2017. The Canadian government is planning on going full recreational and medical in the Spring of 2017 but until then, the Toronto dispensaries are left in a state of limbo that includes grand openings and police raids.
The old Toronto part of the city and by the water front does not have as many dispensaries as some of the other water front cities we have covered, but moving inland a few blocks will give you a nice selection of dispensaries. Since the dispensary scene in Toronto is so influx right now, we recommend checking our map at the time of your visit or journey. We try to keep our listings as up to date as possible and we hope the legalization change at the federal level in Canada in the Spring of 2017 will solve the dispensary problem in Toronto once and for all.
Toronto is a beautiful city and make sure you hit some of the historic sites. The view from the CN Tower is breathtaking and dispensaries are popping up around differnet parts of the city.
