CBD has been reported to be effective in treating inflammation, diabetes, cancer, mood disorders (PTSD to ADD) and neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's. It has been reported to have anti-convulsive, anti-anxiety, anti-psychotic, anti-nausea, anti-rheumatoid arthritic and sedative properties. One clinical trial showed that it eliminates anxiety and other unpleasant psychological ailments.
The CBD molecule exists in many plants including Flax and Azaleas. While some industrial hemp products offer high CBD concentrations, research suggests that CBD extracted from cannabis plants is more effective.
