Natural Remedies started in 2009 as one of Denver’s first 20 medicinal cannabis dispensaries and recently entered the recreational/adult-use marijuana market in April of 2014. It has been proudly owned by a Denver native and operated with the help of his family centrally located in downtown Denver in the area coined as LoDo (lower downtown) for 5 great years.

Natural Remedies aka “Natty Rems” as it has been coined by several of our customers and staff alike, cultivates 100% of all marijuana flower it provides by hand. The “magic” takes place at our 30,000 square feet of combined indoor cannabis cultivation facilities and is working to become a “one stop shop” by mid-2016.

At Natural Remedies we strive to provide the most sought after and boutique grade cannabis utilizing only the highest quality genetics, ingredients, and care for each marijuana plant cultivated. Natural Remedies has been fortunate enough to win several awards starting in 2012 with a Silver Medal in the Sativa category for it’s medicinal patient favorite Red Headed Stranger #14 when it entered it’s first High Times Medicinal Cannabis Cup.  In 2013 Natty Rems was able to win another Silver Medal in the Hybrid category for it’s popular phenotype of Cinderella 99′ x The White in the High Times Cup. Also, in 2013 NR won 3 awards in The Hemp Connoisseur Championship, including a 2nd place in the Indica category and “Patient’s Choice” for it’s highly sought after Banana Kush, and a 3rd place in the Hybrid category for the Cinderella 99′ x The White. In 2014 Natural Remedies won a Bronze Medal for the Cinderella 99′ x The White in the High Times U.S. Cannabis Cup and with the Hemp Connoisseur Championship fast approaching we are hoping to be able to tuck a few more awards under our belt for 2014 is concluded.

Natural Remedies strives to be on the “cutting edge” of the marijuana industry and has big plans for the future including producing it’s own concentrates by early 2015, it’s own edible line by the end of 2015, and to have a full scale research and development facility active by the middle of next year. We are getting into the development of a genetic partnership with Archive Seedbank and several other cannabis genetic specialists to not only start developing more proprietary genetics but to research the medicinal properties of both cannabis and it’s many cannabinoids including the coveted CBD.
