Hy Hybrid

Tangerine Haze

Overview:

A sativa-dominant hybrid, Tangerine Haze is for your everyday sativa enthusiast. Its namesake is due to its strong, tangerine-like flavor, which is highlighted by a number of other citrus undertones, including lemon and mandarin. It does not taste sour, though. In fact, it is quite sweet. The sativa first sprang up in Holland, eventually making its way to Canada and Colorado. Its parent strains are NYC Diesel and G13 Haze, both of which pass along several of their positive effects onto their child strain. It is a pretty soft green strain with marigold flecks. Before you can harvest it, you should expect to wait about sixty-five days. The most notable effects about this strain are that it causes an uplifted, euphoric feeling for the user. It will also create a little bit of a headband, but it will cause a slight, delayed body high as well. That makes it best for people suffering from stress, depression, pain, nausea, and fatigue. It is best for a daytime medicine. For a strain as fantastic as Tangerine Haze, it is a real shame that there are such severe side effects. Dizziness is the most common complaint—even above dry mouth and dry eye! This is quite uncommon for marijuana, so it is pertinent that you use the strain with caution. It also has been known to cause dry mouth, dry eye, paranoia, and anxiety. Because of the very serious side effects, it is important that you use responsibly.

Is CBN a Controlled Substance? Yes. No. Maybe?

When it comes to CBN however, the case is a bit different because CBN is yet to be approved as a drug and so it does not fall under the jurisdiction of this law yet. The rule exempts products that are already being marketed as food and dietary supplements which CBN is already been marketed as. This means that since CBN is already been marketed as dietary supplements prior to FDA clinical investigation of CBN as a drug, it won’t be covered under the non-exempt drug rule. This stands sure as long as manufacturers stay clear of unapproved health claims.
