Berry White

Overview:

The Berry White strain also goes by two other names, Blue Widow and White Berry. It is an Indica-dominant weed strain created by crossing Blueberry and White Widow. With its THC levels close to 22%, it tends to offer even and balanced effects. It is well known for its faint sour berry and pine smell and a great fresh taste which is quite similar to the scent. The Berry White strain also tends to have a spice smell that can be reminiscent of the classic White Widow strain. As far as the effects of the Berry White strain go, most users experience a happy euphoric feeling that lifts their mood very quickly after intake. This then leads to a feeling of relaxation and happiness. Only when consumed in large quantities does it produce a powerful body high. The side-effects of the Berry White Strain are practically non-existent, but can include dry eyes and mouth. Other than that, there are no other common side-effects. As a medical marijuana strain, Berry White is usually used for stress relief and the treatment of depression. However, it has not been found to have such strong effects when it comes to pain and ache relief or insomnia treatment.

The Impact of Cannabis on Minors Suffering from Cancer, Epilepsy, and Autism

Apart from issues dealing with safety and efficacy, there is also a fear that some of these patients being treated with medical marijuana might become dependent or addicted to it. This is as a result of reports coming from the National Institute on Drug Abuse, which warns that although marijuana seems to have some therapeutic properties, there is a possibility of dependency and subsequent addiction for minors. The risk of dependency in minors is as high as four to seven times more than that of adults which raises some concern for parents.

CBD Improves Arthritic Conditions in Dogs' Hips, Knees, and Backs Says New Study

At the end of the four weeks, Halpert said that the results were encouraging. “Nine of the 10 dogs on CBD showed benefits, which remained for two weeks after the treatment stopped. We did not detect alterations in the blood markers we measured, suggesting that, under the conditions of our study, the treatment seems to be safe.” The team’s findings will provide the basis for future studies on the effects of CBD in treating human arthritis. Thanks to the 20 dogs who participated in the study, relief may soon find, not just our arthritis-suffering four-legged friends, but also the millions of people worldwide who struggle with the condition every day.
