Sa Sativa

Candyland

Overview:

Candyland is a hybrid, but one would swear that it is pure sativa. It is sativa-dominant, taking on a lot of its traits from one of its two parents, Platinum Girl Scout Cookies. However, it does have some things in common with its other parent, Granddaddy Purple. With proud parents like that, it was obvious that Candyland was going to be a very special strain. Candyland has an interesting flavor. It is pungent, but it is a nice pungency of sweetness with earthy undertones. The user will not only enjoy the flavor, but also the psychoactive effects that Candyland has to offer. It will make you feel happy, uplifted, relaxed, and energetic. That burst of energy is perfect to use creatively, meaning that Candyland is a great daytime strain for artists, musicians, writers, and anyone else that uses the creative side of their brain! The strain is also effective in treating several medical conditions, including anxiety, depression, pain, headaches, and fatigue. It is suggested that you use it during the daytime, as aforementioned, since it is likely to keep you awake. The strain does have some negatives. It will dry out your eyes and your mouth, but those can both be easily combated. Unfortunately, it is not as easy to combat some of the less common side effects, which are anxiety, dizziness, and paranoia.

CNN's Daily Anti-Pot Headlines Get Clicks, But Their Latest Documentary on Cannabis for Autism is Stellar

The first WEED documentary aired in 2013 discussed the stigma attached to using weed. Dr. Gupta’s 2013 CNN article was titled “Why I changed my mind on weed.” This article was the exact opposite of the article he wrote in his 2009 TIME article “Why I would vote No on Pot.”  In his CNN 2013 article, Dr. Sanjay Gupta apologized for allowing the stigma associated with cannabis to hinder him from seeing the benefits of the plant. He wrote that the main reason of the article was to apologize for his earlier ignorance on issues relating to cannabis. He had failed to have a in-depth look into the published benefits of cannabis. In addition to this, he stated that he was extremely dismissive of the uniform testimonies of legal cannabis patients whose symptoms were alleviated by the treatments formulated from remarkable research

Is Bokashi a Good Source of Nutrients for Cannabis Plants?

Bokashi is rich in Nitrogen which is one of the most important nutrients the cannabis plant requires in its vegetative stage which is often not found in normal soil. Compared with other compost techniques, bokashi has high velocity and takes only a few weeks before it achieves the concentrated fertilizer stage with no dissipation of gases into the atmosphere occurring as its carried out in an airtight container. This method of composting does not require air and the container which it requires to carry this out will not only use less space but will also prevent the intrusion of outside influences such as insects or odors.
