Hy Hybrid

Bruce Banner #3

Overview:

Bruce Banner #3 has been a popular strain since it surfaced in Delta 9 Labs. It is a hybrid strain and it is quite clearly named after the Marvel superhero, the Incredible Hulk. With a strong euphoric feeling for users, Bruce Banner #3 is meant for the creative, active-minded smoker. The inherent euphoric and relaxing properties are perfect to treat stress, an inactive mind, depression, pain, and even muscle spasms. Bruce Banner #3's two parent plants are Strawberry Diesel and OG Kush. Both hybrid strains, it is only natural that they would produce a beautiful child hybrid like Bruce Banner #3. The most interesting thing about this hybrid is that it often creates a number of indica phenotypes as well. It will flower in approximately nine weeks, though it may take a little less time or a little more time. It grows tall with beautiful, broad leaves. This strain tastes sweet and strong, with heavy diesel overtones and soft, earthy undertones. It does not smell as strongly as many strains, making it a good daytime strain if you do not like smelling like marijuana smoke. It is also a fantastic daytime strain simply because it wakes one up (as long as you don't try one of the indica phenotypes). It is also known to help those that struggle with fatigue. Most people would say that the strain affects them more like a sativa than an indica, giving them that quick boost of energy they need to face the day. The most common negative side effect with Bruce Banner #3 is dry mouth. Other complaints include dry eye and headache, but it has far fewer negative side effects than most strains. Occasionally, it may also lead to dizziness.

Magic Mushrooms Might Just Be the World's Most Powerful Tool to Fight Depression Says New UK Medical Study

A study out of the Imperial College London’s Centre for Psychedelic Research found that psilocybin mushrooms were effective in helping to open up the brains of participants suffering from depression, even weeks after consumption. Almost 60 subjects joined in the trials, which yielded positive results. For the methodology, researchers assessed fMRI scans of individuals from the trials: in one study all of them were given psilocybin while for another, they used a randomized control trial for general depression that assessed the efficacy of psilocybin against escitalopram, a common SSRI medication used for treating depression.
