The White

Overview:

The White is a powerful hybrid strain that originally seeded in the state of Florida. When it was first developed, the strain was known as “Triangle”, but the name changed once people got a good look at the plant and its beautifully unique white trichomes. The White not only shows off its flashy white crystals, but also its ability to grow tall with long, narrow leaves. After it is harvested, you will find lots of little brown hairs complementing the icy trichomes. It is one of the most unique-looking strains in existence. The origin of The White is not well-known. Its parent plants are not listed, and although it looks like it may be an OG, the rest of its traits suggest it is more like a West Coast strain. This bizarre combination makes it difficult to pinpoint how The White came to be. For now, all that we know was that it originated in Florida. The White is notable because it does not smell strongly at all, although its aroma is piney like most heavily-scented strains. In fact, the strain is famous for not smelling much at all. This makes it the perfect daytime hybrid if you do not like to smell like marijuana smoke after medicating. This strain is most effective in combating stress-related mental illness, depression, pain, insomnia, and chronic migraines. While its sativa-like properties uplift the user, its indica-like properties lower the user's inhibitions and helps rid pain. Unfortunately, The White does have some negative side effects. It most commonly causes dry mouth, but it also can lead to more disturbing side effects such as paranoia, anxiety, and dizziness. If you are prone to experiencing either of those side effects when you smoke marijuana, it is advised that you steer clear of this strain. Less serious side effects include dry eye, although it is less common.

Why is Matanuska Thunder XTRM Feminized the New Hot Strain for Cannabis Growers?

This special cannabis strain is so named to celebrate the Alaskan origin of the cannabis strain. This special strain is native to the valley grasslands of Matanuska in the North Atlantic. Most marijuana strains are already known to spring from tropical regions which is why this special strain is already peculiar due to its origin. Away from its snowy homeland, different cannabis seed companies have made strong moves towards growing Matanuska Thunder XRTM in different places. Sargamantha holds the honor of being the first cannabis seed company to breed and grow the special strain.

The Medical Marijuana Patient’s Guide to Traveling in the United States

If you’re traveling to a weed-friendly state such as Colorado, Nevada, California, or Washington, finding hotels and accommodations that allow (even encourage) medicating is pretty easy. This does require some research on your part; while many accommodation providers do allow it, just because cannabis is legal in a state doesn’t mean that all hotels welcome card-carrying pot smokers to light up even in their hotel rooms.

Cannabis’ Role in Maintaining Emotional Homeostasis

There is a lot of the endocannabinoid system we still do not understand. However, it is safe to say that the ECS is responsible for maintaining balance within our organism. This is not only true for our physical bodies, but it also seems to be true for the mind. In order to keep the mind healthy, the brain needs to be able to “rest, sleep and forget” certain things that hinder natural processes. In many cases, emotional distress arises from dysfunction within these processes. The endocannabinoid system (CB1 receptors located in the brain) help identify dysfunction and helps remediate problematic function of neural pathways and restores them.
