In Indica

G13

Overview:

G13 is a very strong strain of cannabis indica that is the subject of many urban legends. According to some accounts, the CIA, FBI, and other agencies gathered the best strains of marijuana from breeders all over the world. At a super-secret installation at the University of Mississippi, they bred many new super hybrids in the late 1960s. Allegedly, a single cutting of this plant was liberated by an unnamed technician and bred for the masses. Although the legends are probably not true, G13 delivers effects like no other. If you have the opportunity, definitely partake in this strain.

Is CBD Harmful to Your Liver? (The FDA Fumbles Another Cannabis-Based Study)

Both these two substances have a daily recommended dosage because it can be harmful to the liver. CBD, on the other hand, is not toxic and is not abusive to the liver. The maximum dosage of CBD should not be more than 20 mg per day or 9mg/lb.

Weed Talk NEWS – Mitch Counts Cannabis, Biggest US Marijuana Funding Deal Ever, and the LinkedIn of Pot

What is happening in marijuana business news this week?  Jimmy Young of Pro Cannabis Media and Curt Dalton of Cannabis.net get together by Zoom to discuss the latest cannabis news from around North America. This week we have Mitch McConnell, the Republican senator from Kentucky, and big supporter of the Hemp Bill and Kentucky farmers, slamming the Democrats’ use of the word “cannabis” in the new COVID-19 funding bill.  Mitch likes to count and he counts 68 times that the word cannabis is used in the new Democratic version of the stimulus package.  While we applaud Mitch for using the correct term for the plant, he does demonize those making a living and profiting from “marijuana”.

Are Social Equity Cannabis Rules a Corporate Strategy to Monopolize the Marijuana Industry?

In Arizona, they have such a scheme where people with prior marijuana convictions can get access to Equity licenses. Essentially, this is the state’s attempt to undo the damage of the drug war. While this is a nice gesture, the biggest problem for people who have a state or federal marijuana record is that – they typically don’t have any funds.
