Kosher Kush

Overview:

Kosher Kush is a popular indica strain that was good enough to win the Best Indica of the High Times Cannabis Cup in 2010 and 2011. It first surfaced in Los Angeles with only clones available, but now seeds are offered at DNA Genetics. The most amazing feature that Kosher Kush has to offer is its phenomenally high THC percentage. Testing as high as 29%, the indica is truly a groundbreaking painkiller. Luckily for growers, it is easy to grow, easy to harvest, and it yields a moderate amount. It grows quite tall and takes between sixty-five and seventy days to flower. Trimming is easy, but watch your nutrient levels, as the plant requires somewhere between the average and above the average amount. The strain is a relative of the West Coast's OG Kush, though it is not known exactly who Kosher Kush's parent plants are. Like many OG strains, Kosher Kush is piney, pungent, and earthy, both in the smell and in the flavor. However, the smell will take on a slight fruity tone, as well. It is also a beautiful strain, taking on marigold hairs in rich, blue-green nugs. Kosher Kush is very likely to make you feel quite fatigued, making it good for nighttime use. It will also cure you of chronic pain, make you feel happy, and cure any loss of appetite. For these reasons, it is not only useful as a pain reliever, but also as a treatment for the symptoms of some mental illnesses, including insomnia, anxiety, and depression. The most negative complaints regarding Kosher Kush include dry mouth and dry eye. Dizziness and paranoia are very uncommon in this strain, though not unheard of. That makes it perfect for those that sometimes struggle with such side effects that are more common with sativas or hybrids.

Did the United Nations Just Vote to Legalize Weed All Over the World?

“The vote of the United States to remove cannabis and cannabis resin from the Schedule IV of the Single Convention while retaining them in Schedule I is consistent with the science demonstrating that while a safe and effective cannabis-derived therapeutic has been developed, cannabis itself continues to pose significant risks to public health and should continue to be controlled under the international drug control conventions,” said the US delegation in a release.
