Sa Sativa

Super Sour Diesel

Overview:

Super Sour Diesel is a strong sativa. It takes positive qualities from both its parent strains, Super Silver Haze and Sour Diesel. You will notice key notes of both parents in both the effects and the flavor profile, as Super Sour Diesel produces a strong head high just like both parent strains. It also takes on a diesel-like flavor, along with its inherent pungency and earthiness. Super Sour Diesel is one of the best daytime strains there is, primarily because it will help you stay awake. It causes a bout of euphoria, alongside happiness, relaxation, and a spurt of focused energy. For these reasons, it best treats a number of ailments and illnesses. Some of those ailments and illnesses include stress, depression, fatigue, anxiety, pain, and headaches. Be careful if you are medicating for headaches, though! Sometimes, if you use too much, the strain can actually cause or worsen a headache. Super Sour Diesel does have some cons, like all strains, but the most common ones are not serious, only being dry mouth and dry eye. You can run into some nastier side effects, though, including paranoia, the aforementioned headache, and dizziness. If you happen to struggle with any of these issues when smoking marijuana—particularly sativas—you should use this strain with caution.

Who Buys the Most Weed in America? Gen Z Passes the Baby Boomers for Biggest Cannabis Customers!

Only a small percentage of Gen Z, roughly 9 to 24 years old, are eligible to legally buy cannabis. Even that, the age group now accounts for 12.7% of cannabis sales in Colorado, California, Washington, and Nevada. This data collected in the first of 2021 shows an increase of 4% compared to 2020. In the same year, Baby boomers accounted for 12.1% of the overall sale which was a decrease from 13.9% in 2021. This means Gen Z for the very first time surpassed Baby Boomers in terms of overall cannabis sales. Even the almighty millennials lost market shares to Gen Z as they account for 51.8% of cannabis sales in 2021. This represents a decrease of 0.2% compared to 2020.
