About Me

I am living with adult onset, spontaneous mutation Facio Scapulo Humeral Muscular Dystrophy. For many years it has caused severe Intractable chronic pain, loss of ability to raise my arms, or reach out due to Scapular Winging, severe lack of the very basic muscle endurance. I have been on pain medications for years, I had Scapular Thoracic Fusions. thanks to Medical Cannabis, I am weaning down my meds, I am in control of my life again, and I am so much healthier, nourished, gaining weight back, eating healthy, whole foods, I am so happy to be leaving pharmaceuticals behind!!! YAY!!!
