Hy Hybrid

Juicy Fruit

Overview:

Named after the sugary-sweet chewing gum, Juicy Fruit lives up to the hype. It has a strong sweet berry taste with some citrusy high notes, quite like the chewing gum. It is a hybrid, but it takes on more sativa-like qualities, making the user feel happy, uplifted, creative, and relaxed. Between the flavor and the desirable psychoactive effects, you will want to give this strain a try for yourself. Juicy Fruit was originally bred from Thai and Afghani landrace strains. It sometimes has different phenotypes, some being indica and others sativa. Once it is harvested, it takes on a beautiful yellow-and-green mix. It tests at a content of 15-20% THC, which certainly makes it more-than-desirable to both users and growers. Juicy Fruit best treats stress and depression, making it a great strain to combat symptoms of mental illness. It also provides good daytime pain relief both for chronic and situational pain. It even treats headaches and fatigue! Don't use it at night, though. It may keep you awake. Unfortunately, most people that try Juicy Fruit will tell you it dries out your eyes and your mouth. Some people have also reported dizziness, headache, and paranoia, so use with caution if you tend to experience any of these when you use marijuana.

Can Cannabis Help with Compulsive Behavior Disorders?

The researchers observed that fewer rats were willing to gamble for tastier food after consuming cannabinoids. It found that rats under the influence of synthetic cannabinoids were less likely to take the higher risk options and preferred to play it safe. Whilst the study is indeed optimistic, it’s worth remembering that some cannabinoids stimulate appetite. Still, the findings clearly warrant further research. However, it’s important to understand that cannabis is no miracle cure that will make you stop gambling or quit smoking.

Kobie Evans Worked for 4 Years to Get His Dispensary Open, COVID-19 Shut Him Down After 14 Days

Kobie Evans of Pure Oasis is a Massachusetts marijuana legend.  Kobie was one of the first SE or EE applicants to get a retail dispensary license set up from start to finish.  It was a long and grueling process that took up over 4 years of Kobe’s life.  He was rewarded for all that hard work with the chance to open the first recreational dispensary in Boston proper.  Kobie set up Pure Oasis as the first recreational cannabis location in Boston, hence having the first-mover advantage in a city or roughly 700,000 people. Yes, there were medical dispensaries set up like NETA in Brookline, MA and Patriot Care on Milk St in Boston, but no on had a recreational shop approved and open yet.
