About Me

The drum was the smartphone of its day. No drum, no human race! 60,000 yrs ago, on the verge of extinction, man discovered and used the drum to find each other, allowing us to band together, share shelter and resources, procreate and eventually thrive. Today I teach drums and share my drumming in clinics with autistic children. They are able to make sense out of the randomness of the element of time, seeing patterns emerge in the movement of my hands connecting with the sound of the drum.
