Frito-Lay just announced THE most perfect contest that could ever be created for stoners. It combines two of our favorite things: crunchy cheese snacks and elevated levels of imagination. If Willie Wonka were into powdered cheese dust instead of sweets, this would be the contest he’d have to find his next wonderland owner.

The basic premise is that the Cheetos Museum is looking to stock its displays with only the finest, most rare finds from the unnatural world of corn chips. It’s looking for those special pieces that you find in your snack bag that happen to look like something wonderful and special like a mermaid or a narwhal (aka an ocean unicorn).
The contest is pretty simple, just five steps (if you don’t count actually going to the store to pick up your favorite variety of Cheetos):

Shoot: Take a good, clear picture of your treasure.

Upload: Add your photo with a name, description, and choose a category, then upload to the Community Gallery.

Preserve: Winners will be asked to show proof of their find, so be sure to keep that bad boy safe.

Wait: This isn’t Snapchat, and they want pics that are kid-friendly, so your pic must be approved before being uploaded to the Community Gallery. They’ll send you an email when it’s posted.

Win: If your masterpiece is one of 10 winners chosen between 5/31/16 and 8/165/16, you’ll win $10,000.
Their website is currently home to a great collection of photos in the Community Gallery, so even if you’re not going to participate, they’re pretty entertaining to check out.
The snack giant seems to be on a serious roll lately with their promotions. In case you’ve been living under a rock and happened to miss it, they recently partnered with Burger King to create maybe the most genius snack item ever, the Mac n’ Cheetos sticks which rolled out nationwide on June 27. The results are mixed on the taste, but who doesn’t want to try these things?
