DRY HERB VAPORIZER
Dry herb vaporizers are vapes designed especially for the vaping of ground up cannabis flowers and other herbs. These vaporizers come in many forms, including large desktop vapes and smaller portable ‘pens’. Dry herb vaporizers have a heating chamber, usually battery powered or powered by butane and in most cases come with a filter of some description. The coil within the vaporizer is heated up from the energy source, which in turn vaporizes the cannabinoids or dry herb that has been meticulously loaded beforehand.
DAB PEN
A dab pen is a multi-functional vaporizer that are small and portable but can be used to vape concentrates, waxes, oils and sometimes liquids. These feature smalls tanks where the concentrates are heated and from this heating, the vapor inhaled. A dab pen has a specially designed heating chamber designed specifically for concentrates or dabs. This where they differ to dry herb vaporizers in relation to the specs of these heating chambers. You might have heard of dab pens before or even used them before, as they tend to be called by other names, such as wax pens, or concentrate pens also.
