The marijuana lifestyle brand has openings for 5 posts: Sales Director, Extractor, Bookkeeper, Compliance Officer, Extractor, and Production Manager. These chosen few will be selected by Nelson to help him launch his company in Colorado.

The startup is on fire - major investment companies such as Tuatara Capital, a New York-based firm, are pouring funds into Willie’s Reserve. But before you pack up your belongings and move to Colorado, these jobs require experience and real credentials.

Willie’s Reserve was established by his family with the goal of openly discussing the war on drugs, an issue that the musician has been vocal about for a long time. Nelson’s marijuana habit has been no secret and he has been one of the industry’s influential advocates.

When recreational pot was legalized in Washington and Colorado back in 2012, Nelson saw an opportunity to become a ganjapreneur. At 82 years old, he acknowledges that Willie’s Reserve will need to weed through some serious competition in the cannabis industry although he doesn’t see this as a problem. However, his objective for launching the business isn’t driven by (dollar) greens; rather, he hopes that his business will encourage marijuana use to be socially accepted.

The brand website says that it will be offering cannabis products of superior quality while supporting local farmers in Colorado. Among the products being offered include packaged cannabis flowers, ready rolls, vape cartridges, and disposable vape pens.

Willie’s Reserve will be launching in Colorado in September 2016. To apply, you must have a Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) badge or be a resident of Colorado.
