A new analysis, published in the Substance Use and Misuse journal, which is a peer-reviewed publication, reveals that there is an upward trend of psychedelic drug consumption among business leaders in the United States. The researchers assessed data taken from the National Survey on Drug Use and Health, specifically looking for LSD or acid consumption patterns.

I started experimenting with many different kinds of recreational drugs. It was my form of mental escape, a way to alter my mind that allowed me to divert my thoughts, reach another state of consciousness, and let my mind travel to a much happier place.

The Health Committee of the German Parliament visited cannabis dispensaries and had meetings with local stakeholders as well as activists in order to learn best practices when it comes to legalization. Germany is currently working on regulating cannabis. However, Germany still has many hurdles to overcome before they can legalize the drug especially when it comes to the law clashing with the European court of justice.
