How to utilize Binaural Beats, Cannabis, Yoga, and Meditation to activate your Calcified Pineal Gland

 

I recently downloaded an app called Ananda-Premium, which is a $2.99 app that creates infinite loops of Binaural beats. I have used binaural beats in the past for meditation or concentration, however – with this app I am able to create “mood-specific” sessions that I could incorporate into a daily meditative practice.

 

Being the stoner that I am, I decided to device a sort of “ritual” to assist me in vibrating at a ‘desired frequency’. In order to do this, I would utilize a combination of cannabis, yoga, meditation & binaural beats overtime to ‘install a habit’ I desired – while erasing one I didn’t have use for anymore.

 

But before we get into the thick of it, let’s first take a look at what the experts have to say about binaural beats – then, I promise you I will share the routine.

 

What are Binaural Beats and do they Work?

 

A Binaural Beat technically is a beat that doesn’t exist. Essentially, is a tone created in your brain when it hears the ‘difference between two tones.’

 

For instance, in your left ear, you hear a frequency tone at 200 hertz while in your right ear you hear it at 220 hertz. While the tones are actually different, your brain will make it sound like a “pulsating tone”. The difference between the two tones (20 hertz) is the “binaural beat”.

 

What’s interesting about these beats is that at certain frequencies they can harmonize with brain frequencies. More interesting still is that our brains start to mimic the tones. Over time, we begin to resonate at the same frequency we are picking up in our “imaginary tone” – meaning, we have the ability to alter our mood via sound.

 

A 2018 Study found that certain waveforms and frequencies are associated with particular mood categories.

 

A Medical News Today article summarized the ‘five different categories of frequency pattern’ and how it affects the operator.

 

Delta pattern: Binaural beats in the delta pattern operate at a frequency of 0.5–4 Hz with links to a dreamless sleep. In the study, people who received a delta pattern frequency during sleep entered a deeper stage of sleep, according to electroencephalogram (EEG) brain scan results.

Theta pattern: Practitioners set binaural beats in the theta pattern to a frequency of 4–7 Hz. Theta patterns contribute to improved meditation, creativity, and sleep in the rapid eye movement (REM) phase.

Alpha pattern: Binaural beats in the alpha pattern are at a frequency of 7–13 Hz and may encourage relaxation.

Beta pattern: Binaural beats in the beta pattern are at a frequency of 13–30 Hz. This frequency range may help promote concentration and alertness. However, it can also increase anxiety at the higher end of the range.

Gamma pattern: This frequency pattern accounts for a range of 30–50 Hz. The study authors suggest that these frequencies promote maintenance of arousal while a person is awake.

 

Understanding these frequencies, and enough neural-linguistic programming to anchor key concepts into my brain – I decided to utilize modern technology with ancient mystic practices.

 

The following will reveal my personal experiences while providing the instructions to formulate your own experiments.

 

Understanding that you’re a moron!

 

The absolute first (and crucial) step of any significant personal work is the crude realization that you are indeed an absolute imbecile. What you think you know will always be dwarfed with what you don’t know you don’t know. If you’re having trouble understanding what that just meant – move onto the next step, you’ve aced step one!

 

Taking Stock

 

Everybody has some sort of “personal affliction” or “inner demon” we’re all fighting. We have character flaws, mommy and daddy issues, we’re clingy, bad with money, have stinky pits – you name it! We are flawed and there is no one better at knowing your flaws than you.

 

Simply, identify the “biggest thing you would like to change in your life”. Once you have identified this, think of what the “opposite is of the thing you want to change”.

 

For instance, sickness vs health, poverty vs wealth, joy vs depression, etc. Within the realm of behavioral modification or “paradigm-shifting”, it is vital to understand the nature of duality.

 

Setting the intention

 

Now that you’ve identified what you need to work on (the opposite of what you need) – you need to set the intention and utilize “sleight of mind” tricks to let it sink into your subconscious.

 

I wrote an entire piece on “Weedscraft” where I talk about making Sigils. It’s a way you can disguise an intention within a symbol and bypass your natural psychological barriers.

 

Let’s say that you want to “make more money” or “smoke the best weed”; to properly set your intention you talk only in the present.

 

For example, “I’m always blessed with the finest cannabis”. “Weed is always readily available to me”. “I always find the best weed easily”.

 

All of these are concepts (beliefs). Whether you like it or not, beliefs are the prime motivator of behavior, which in turn is the prime factor of change you can muster in this crazy little thing called life. It then makes sense that if you change your belief system, you can influence your behavior and change your reality.

 

Utilizing Sigils, you “Set an intention”, that via repetition (ritual), will formulate habit. This habit will physically rewire your brain and create a new neural network.

 

Why Cannabis?

 

Cannabis helps with neuroplasticity and excites the nerves. It wakes up the brain and helps maintain emotional homeostasis. It allows you to “imagine a life desired” and bypass your psychological censors. It helps disrupt negative thought patterns as in the case with PTSD and increases vitality and enjoyment.

 

This is why you utilize cannabis in tandem with these psychological/neurological practices.

 

How do you use cannabis? Here it will be based on your own consumption habits. In my case, I smoke a bit before I do my morning meditation session and yoga. I’ll explain more about this in a bit too.

 

Essentially, I wake up – drink some coffee, take a few tokes until I am decently baked and then I meditate for 10 minutes using binaural beats.

 

Morning Ritual for Higher Frequency Living

 

Here’s the full rundown of what I do in the mornings to start off the day on my terms.

 

Wake up and get some coffee (drink whatever morning drink you take)

Smoke enough weed to feel it all over your body. Decently Stoned.

 

Take your Binaural beats app (if Ananda doesn’t work, find something that does or use Youtube) and set a timer for 10 minutes. You’ll be targeting low beta frequency 13Hz to mid-high beta frequencies (30 Hz). During this time, you’ll be simply focusing on your intention whether it’s repeating affirmations in your mind, visualizing your sigil, reciting a mantra or simply being grateful about how awesome it is to be alive.

 

Do Yoga for 1 hour – Once more, Youtube it. Keep your intention in your mind during the entire practice.

Gratitude Ritual – Basically, identify 3-5 things that are actually pretty cool in your life. You can’t repeat things to be grateful for, only new things…every day!

 

This can be done as much as you’d like, however, to be 100% effective, you have to at least do this for 21 days consecutively. Yes, I know that seems like a lot, but it’s the minimal time for you to form a new habit and this would be a habit that would make you more like the person you want to be.

 

Afternoon

In the afternoon, I do a Deep Gnosis Meditation which includes low alpha frequency ( 8Hz) to Theta Frequencies (7Hz to 4.5 Hz). I do this for 27 minutes.

 

This acts for me both as a “Power Nap” and a Gnostic Meditation (which helps for pineal gland activations). All I’m doing for 27-minutes is saying “Thank you for this thought [whenever I catch myself thinking of something], I wish to sink deeper.” I then, let the thought drift out of my consciousness until I have emptied all my thoughts.

 

Do this every day and you’ll be a different person.

 

 Evening Practices

 

Finally, for night time – you simply want to shut down and in turn, will play for 1 hour (at least) alpha, theta and delta frequencies throughout the night. These frequencies also help with Lucid Dreaming and Astral Projection – but that’s a topic for another day.

 

Do this for 21 Days – and you’ll change Reality!

 

Some of you might read this and say, “Nah, this is all too much man…no way!” This might be true, however, if you do this for the next 21-days, I can guarantee that your life will change for the better. If it works For the Fendersons, then it will work for you!
